Trojan.DR.Zlob.CKW!Pac ?

....so named by PCtools a/v ? cls !

i.e. Virustotal.com,

....has already scanned :- videora-ipod-407-setup.exe from below URL
http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/guide/dvd-to-ipod/

....now I'm inclined to not touch it with a bargepole but, comments on why
only one CLS as virustotal.com has detected it, ...and also my AVG a/v fully
up to date is also not armed against it ?

....any chance PCtools is false-positiving it ?
