Music keeps playing in ieplore.exe

I keep getting the sound of folders being opened on my computer and then
Strange Music keeps playing

I noticed by pressing control|alt|delete that a new Iexplore.exe appears and
is using memory when i shut the down it stops

This is scaring the hell out off my kids


Please help
