hi, dear.

I heard a weak sound when open a folder.

is it a virus?

please help me.

What is a "weak sound"? You may be hearing a click. Go to Control Panel>Sound and Audio Devices>Sounds tab. Scroll down to the entry for "Start Navigation" and set it to "None".

If that's not what you mean, then please post back with a better description.
