You be correct . He has a form of Smitfraud. I think the OP will realize this after reading Malke's page that I have posted for him to read.

Which virus scanner did you use that gave you these 'infection' names?

ContraVirus:

You have a malware infestation.

Why can't I find these files on my computer?

Windows Live One Care is on the bottom of the list as far as finding
virus\malware\trojan. What you are reporting as found by other scans
testifies to that. It will be prudent for you to run some other on line
scans and removing those that were found as you have posted

Might want to read the following to get a better hold on this.

I am running Windows Live One Care, which I think is a great program,
but on
occasion I have run some other virus or spyware scan that reports I
have
dangerous files on my computer. I have been unable to find these files
on my
system. Since Windows Live One Care is not reporting these, I am
wondering
if they are really there and just what are these things:

Backdoor: Win32/NTRoot
Backdoor: Win32/SIVUXA
Trojan: Caiijing

.
