If your files were deleted, then you can only get them back by restoring them from backups (you did have backups, didn't you?) or with a data recovery program.

This worm spreads via usb flash drives. Clean up your computer and any flash drives you've been using.

Include scanning with Multi_AV and follow instructions to do all scans in Safe Mode.

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).
