MSN windows going crazy

Hi there,

I have MSN Live Messenger 8.0 and the individual user windows with user names on them keep flashing on. Also, the MSN window itself expands fully without any prompt and so far one of the contacts has gotten the infection from me.

I've run AVG and Hijack This, and SpyBot, but it keeps coming back....

What is it and how do I get rid of it?
