Win32:Agent-QC in pagefile.sys

I'm running Avast for Linux and it detected overnight Win32:Agent-QC in
pagefile.sys.
Now I ran the scanner the night before and it didn't detect it, but the
definitions were updated last night before I scanned.

1. Is this a genuine virus/trojan?

2. Can I just move to chest this infected pagefile.sys?
