Backdoor.Delf.aki


I ran a *.exe file a mate sent which Zone Alarm detected was trying to
connect to the internet, I denied access to the net and ran AVG Spyware
which detected the file was infected by Backdoor.Delf.aki.

Now AVG Spyware has quarantined the file, but I've ran the file so have I
been infected with a virus and what do I need to do to clean my PC?

I've run Avast Anti-Virus and Spybot which say I'm okay, please help, have I
been lucky that I denied access to the net for it to actually do something
or is there something still hidden in my system?
