I have the W32.Jeefo virus on my computer. The problem is that it has
embedded itself in my svchost.exe or something. I cannot remove it
using my anti-virus software, and deleting it is naturally out of the
question. What can I do?
Quite a few updated antivirus programs will take care of this. You
didn't say what av you have, but here are two links to information
about the virus and removal instructions. The key is to do your removal
work (and scans) in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, repeatedly tap
the F8 key as your computer is starting up. You'll get the proper menu
then.

For the future, it is very important that your antivirus program be a
current version, preferrably no older than 2003, and the definitions
are updated.
