Possible virus

I have just been invaded it seems. Is this page legit? It tells me
my computer has been taken over.
res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdocapi.dll/shdocapi.htm#security_dll
Any help would be appreciated. I am running XP and I have Grisoft
free protection and Norton Anti Virus.
