MS04-011 LSASS_EXPLOIT ?

Hi,
I have Windows XP SP2 current with all critical updates. I recently added
PC Cillin Internet Security 2006 & keep gettin a pop up alert with MS04-011
LSASS_EXPLOIT. What I am asking is "shouldn't the patch to prevent this
infection already be installed on my computer?" I have read the Microsoft
Security Bullentin MS04-011 Security Update for Microsoft Windows (835732)
and find nothing for SP2. Wouldn't it show up as a critical update for my
computer if I needed it when I go to Microsoft updates? PC Cillin support
center wants me to download the patch and I don't want to do that if the
patch is already on my machine & came with SP2.
