This is probably the scheduling program for peer processing tasks like
seti@home and einstein@home and if that's what you have it may also be
providing related screensavers.

There is nothing I can find "Dangerous" about the program, ie no viruses,
spyware or other unwanted items but to be honest with you unlike the
original seti@home software it is a royal pain in the ass at work.

Biggest problem is very restricted options so it's always running when you
don't want it and not when you do, and making the settings is more or less
uninstall and start over.

I like the idea of helping the researchers out, but it's definitely NOT for
machines that work IMHO.
