No. What I do recommend though is that even if you only have one
computer you buy one of those fairly inexpensive cable/dsl routers
(Linksys, Netgear, etc.) and put it between the modem and your
computer. It gives you extra protection and the routers have come down
in price so much that this is an affordable thing to do.
