Since we don't know anything about your computer's protection, start by
running either Sysclean or David Lipman's Multi-AV:

Then if you have an obsolete antivirus installed (or you let the
subscripton lapse), get a current version (not earlier than 2004)
antivirus installed, update its definitions, and do a thorough scan in
Safe Mode.
Then continue with scanning for non-viral malware:
