AVG free Scan



While scanning my PC, Windows XP pro with AVG 7 free version I got the
following results:

1) Partition Table (MBR) Reading Error

2) Boot Sector of Disk C Reading Error


No Virus found.

What does these two reading error means and how do I rectify them?
