    You should have a full-featured current version (not earlier than 2004)
    antivirus installed with an up-to-date subscription and updated virus
    definitions. Do a scan with this program in Safe Mode. If you don't
    have an av installed, start scanning with either Sysclean or Dave
    Lipman's Multi-AV. Links/instructions for both programs (and also how
