    | hi with the help of you guys i have finally got rid of the malware, i have a
    | new problem with a pop up advising my pc is running low on virtual memory
    | and see help, but where? please help, thanks lisa.

    Right Click on "My Computer"
Choose "Properties" --> Advanced --> performance options --> change virtual memory

Add 128MB to what you have for the MAX. value.

You might want to think about increasing the "real" RAM on the system.
