I agree regarding the above- I am offered LUpdate every couple of days on
average. I do not pay anything for NAV and time my purchase with tax
software I use so that NAV is "free" with the included coupons and rebates.
While some folks may have complaints about support, that is not an issue for
me yet. So until it is, or the software fails me, I have none. NAV has
worked flawlessly for the 6 or so years that I have used it.
