Creating this type of guide does take a Lonnggggg time :-(
The guide is not as comprehensive as I would like (we need to look
specifically at cleaning spyware IMO) but it is a start and we can add to it
if people find it helpful.
I have also been helping out on the Shared Computer Toolkit newsgroup and
usergroup which has some very interesting features to help secure a computer
that is used in a shared computer environment.
