I think so.
And I have tried everything under Safe Mode.

I think the stupid thing is loading itself as a system service. Otherwise,
how can it load itself under Safe Mode?!

hmm... maybe this thing is hiding in the old WIN.INI or SYSTEM.INI files.
So, it is not in the "HKLM/Run" registry.... I think...
