    Yes, I know. I don't use most modern OS's.

    My reasons are ultimately unimportant, yes? And I'm aware of the
    security considerations.

    I'll consider that, but even if I don't do TCP/IP, it will still be on
    the network via NetBIOS, and my other machines most definitely do have
    Internet access.
