Hi !!!
First,never post your email because you may become a victim of SPAM or
Phishing.

According to some people you can get rid of this virus with AVG.Try!

and now...
Follow my malware removal instructions and also protection steps.Read and
follow them very carefully -step by step -and if you want, print or save
them.
Use the malware removal instructions to clean your infected computer and
follow the protection steps
to prevent your PC from infection and also for more info. If you have any
questions ,please post back !!! :)

General malware removal instructions

@ Delete all Temporary Internet Files and Temporary files
 
1)For IE's Temporary Internet Files
Goto Start->Settings->Control Panel->Internet Options
There ,on the General Tab you will see where you can delete temporary
files,cookies,history
Delete them all.

2) For XP (and other new)
The path is :
C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings
USER-that is your user name in your computer

and
C:\Windows\Temp

        For 98 (and other old)
The path is :
C:\Windows\Temp

@ Run Disc Clean up

This is very useful Windows system function that allows you to delete/remove
all unnecessary
things from your computer,such as programs and components which haven’t been
used for months,temporary and internet temporary files, ,java applets and
stuff like that.
 
Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disc Cleanup to start
  the utility

Make sure you have checked Downloaded program files,Temporary files,Temporary
internet files,Recycle bin,Web Client/Publisher content
It is important.

@ Remove spywares ,adwares ,hijackers and other junk

Download Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-aware SE Personal

These programs are free of charge, they are compatiable to each other, so
use them together.
Be sure to update these programs before running.
You can also scan in Safe Mode.Perform a full scan !

@ How to boot your computer in Safe Mode

Do this by repeatedly typing F8 while Windows is starting.
Then you'll open the BIOS menu where you can choose SAFE MODE.

(If you are XP user ,find more about Safe Mode in Help and Support Center
    Start-Help and Suport)

@ Scan all your system with antivirus software.
Use only 1 av software!!!
<If you do not have av software,see tip number 6 in protecton steps and you
will see how to get one >

Before scanning make sure all the security settings are turned ON
Make sure the program is updated before running ! You’d rather scan in Safe
Mode,too.

@ System Restore (for XP and ME only)
Importatant
If you are running Windows ME or XP,you have to disable/enable System Restore
AFTER the system is clean of all kind of malware because malware will be in
Restore Points.
 
Right click on My Computer->Properties->System Restore
Make a tick on Turn off system restore.Click OK
Then again Right click on My computer-Properties->System Restore
Disable the tick on Turn off system restore

@ Windows Update
Download all the security updates - Critical updates with express install.

Start -> Windows Updates

@ Run an internet firewall Use only one firewall !!!!!!!

If you are not XP user >>>You have to use software firewall because
Windows versions which are different from XP
do not have ICF or built in firewall.They are not protected from hackers and
attacks,network viruses and other.See tip 6 and see how to get a firewall.

Protection tips
that guarantee very good security for you and your computer

1.Use an internet firewall

Firewalls protect you from hackers and other intruders from gaining remote
access to your PC and also from viruses
and network worms.
They also make your PC invisiable for hacker softwares and even if hackers
find your PC they will block the attack.

                Windows versions different from XP-
do not have integrated firewall and they are not protected
from hackers and intruders,network viruses and etc. ,so they MUST use
software firewall.

!!! It is very important to know that you MUST NOT use more that one
firewall.

2.Update your Windows

different security threats.

download Critical Updates with Express install .

Download updates automatically ,but let me choose when to install them
This options allows you to have the updates downloaded automatically but you
will choose when exactly to install them.

3. Use up-to-date Antivirus software

Antivirus Software can protect you from viruses,worms,trojans and other
security threats
Always use the latest version of your program and update it at least every
two days.
Make sure it has real-time scanner and all security settings are turned ON
(e.g. scanning All files,disinfecting,heuristic scan,behaviour analyze
or detecting spyware,hacking tools,jokes and so on…..)

4. Use anti-spyware and anti-junk software

--Scan all your computer with antivirus and antispyware software at least
once a week--

5.NEVER read email messages from people you really don't know.Just delete !!!

Never answer them or even open the attachments,if any !!!
These attachments could contain viruses or other security threats or you
might be a victim of phishing.

If you use Outlook Express,enable the virus protection
If you use Outlook ,enable the SPAM protection.
You may also use anti-spam and anti-phishing software !

6.Visit www.microsoft.com/protect
and learn more how to protect your PC.

and see different kinds of free or trial security software
These things are very useful.
>From this site you can get MSN Toolbar and an av software ,if you want
different av. If you do not get av software and continue using
AVG,immediately get Zone Alarm.Search in Google for it.

7.Other
1) Goto Start->Settings->Contol Panel ->Internet Options
On the General tab - delete all temporary internet files,cookies,history
( often do this)
On the Security tab - make sure the Internet level is Medium
On the Privacy tab - make sure the level is Medium High.
On the Content tab ,goto Auto complete - Delete(clear) forms and passwords
2) Regularly run Disc clean-up
