    I suppose this is not a virus issue more than likely. Perhaps a joke
    application but I doubt that. If you have a window open that does not have a
    help function then what happens? Disable your keyboard on your laptop and
    plug in another one if that's an option. Does the problem go away? If so
    then it's one of the function keys (F1) that's going going gone...
