Got Norton AV 2005 on Windows ME, scan of PC shows 'eied s7 c 77.exe' is
infected with download.trojan. Fix fails, quarantine fails, delete fails,
Norton does not give the location of this file and when I do a search in
Windows I cannot find this file anywhere but it keep showing up when I do a
scan. There's hardly any info about this when I google, and Symantec support
comes up with nothing. I have system restore disabled and I've also scanned
in safe mode but I cannot get rid of this thing.
Thanks for any help.
