It CAN'T !Memory is a solid state electrical component with no mechanical or moving parts.
It can NOT generate noise -- period.

In all my years of desktop support and bench technician from the Z80/8085 through the latest
P4 CPU, I have NEVER encountered any noise emanating from memory modules.

Even if you were to surmise that due to high frequencies they may oscillate, the frequencies
are way too high and even harmonic vibrations would not be audible.
