Symantec CE 10 Opinions

Hi. I am looking for user experiences with Symantec Corporate AV v.10.
  The AV is used on a fairly homogeneous Windows network-- 2000, XP, a
couple of stray 98 systems. We are most interested in the backend-- AV
Server, etc. What have you liked? What has been bad? What have you
loved? In short, why should I update? Or, why shouldn't I? Thanks--
