Earthlink offers an 'online' (whatever they mean by that) antivirus service
from Norton for $3.95 per month. a price of ~ $50 US per year doesn't seem
like a very good deal to me, especially if you must be online to use it. A
yearly up grade of Symantec Norton Antivirus is less than that, and there
are many other choices you can try out for free. If Verizon's offering is
similar, I'd say don't pay any more than necessary to your ISP.
