Found the bugger. It was the BKDR.I . Firs one was found and cleaned but
this one stayed in the Reg. Removed it and reset key and error is gone
Thank for sticking with me on this one David. Was a bit confusing since I
have not dealt with an actual Trojan\Virus before.
