I tried the Symantec methos but it did not detect the virus, maybe
because mine is the .b variant.

You can delete the /dll and any registry entries but it won't do any
good as it is re-writeen to your hard disk each time it is deleted!

Just gonna try the McAfee solution now - will report back.
