Another reinstall will not help.It won't get rid of malware already
present.You need to do a format and install to insure there is no
malware present.(I did not like writing that).

If your install disk is not XP service pack 2,you need to download it
and burn to disk. Also make sure you have your Anti-Virus program and
other security programs on a disk. Your machine needs to be ready before
going online with it.Get yourself a router or hardware firewall.At the
very least,make sure windows firewall is up and running before going
