Trojan virus Adwaheck

My NAV is showing that I have a counter.exe with a Trojan.adwaheck virus on
it. I've run the instructions as per Symantect for removing it to no avail.
I've downloaded and ran SpyDoctor and Adware SE to no avail. Also, have
downloaded and run MS Spyware program to no avail. Any other suggestions?
