www.53best.com removal

Hi,

With MS Instant Messenger and Yahoo, I have been dealing with a lot of
gibberish characters followed by the link http://www.53best.com. I have
tried running various versions of anti-virus softwares and spyware removers
but so far nothing has worked.

Could anyone please advice me on how to remove this.
