| Wow! Since I'm new at this, that sounds so complicated. Will print out
| your post and try to figure it out.
|
| Not sure how to go about creating that directory. What do I type and where?

Then use the SYSCLEAN_FE utility.
http://www.ik-cs.com/programs/virtools/Sysclean_FE.exe
It will create the c:\sysclean folder and when you execute c:\sysclean\sysclean_FE.bat it
will automatically obtain the needed files.
