Adware virus in Temp

How do I get rid of Adware in my Temp File and Registry . I have Spybot
Search & Destroy . But when I run NAV 2005 it still shows about 31 adware
viruses in my Registry and Temp file and NAV fails to delete them . Any help
would be much appreciated
