Two Questions Fom A Friend Of Mine To Ya'll

Hello, group! I have two questions for ya'll from a friend of mine that
needs some help. Here they are:

"1. My computer has been running extremely slow. Upon running my antivirus
software...it tells me that I have a missing application file that it can not
recover because it does not have access to. I don't know how to get to that
file or find it. What do I do?

 Question 2: My computer tells me I have the trojan.vundo virus...upon
running the removal tool...it tells me I don't. I have no idea what is going
on, nor what to do . I've run this removal tool 3 times. And I did shut down
windows system restore before I did this. Any suggestion would be most
helpful. Thank you."

Those are her questions. If you can be of any help, she sure would
appreciate it.
