    These programs do not generally interact unless you are running the 3 av
    programs at the same time. Same goes for the other comments.

    The best way is to really get offline and clean up the computer. Run all the
    programs one at a time twice. Reboot in between each run.

    Be sure your firewall is off. Remove any outside connections while you are
    doing this. When all is done pick one firewall preferably a hardware unit
    and leave that in place.

    If you are running a wireless setup you could be crossed frequencies with
    someone else and that is causing your problem as well.

    It's going to take a lot of patience especially if your drives are big and
    many.
