Possible Spyware?

Please help if you can, as this is so frustrating! When I go to shut down my
computer, I get these pop up windows that say "eOc.exe .dll initialization
failed" I have to keep clicking "ok" to shut them all down and only then will
my computer shut off.

Anyone else have this happen? If so, how do you fix it?
