CA support is indeed terrible. It would almost be better if they didn't
pretend to have it, rather than offering the verisimilitude.
I will never ever give them another dime, nor will I recommend that my
clients buy *any* CA software. They buy perfectly good products/companies
and seem to take some malicious pleasure in destroying them.
