David is right, but if you want blind advice, I would say you are going
to "naughty" websites that are taking advantage of holes in IE. Most of
those trojans you mentioned are that "type". That has nothing to do
with your ISP. Perhaps using another web browser is the answer for you.
http://mozilla.org is a good option.
