Kelvin, these drives seem to be damaged mechanically. You seem to have
taken all steps to erradicate a virus, had it been a virus infection.

Sorry I can't give you anymore help, but if you've already started to try
and reformat these disks, any information will be lost regardless if you get
it to boot again or not, so I would replace the disk to be safe.
