It is a general cleanup.
With 100's of thousands of known infectors, they are real hard to keep track of.
Stinger Targets ~47 of the top most Internet worms.
Trend Sysclean is a broad-spectrum; worm, Trojan and virus removal tool.
Adaware is a non-viral malware scanner and remover.
