Virus protection on two pc's - How?

May be the wrong place to ask...but....
Just got a new pc (xp) with Norton Internet Security 2004 pre-loaded...so I
don't have a disc.
Have networked our old pc (Windows Millenium) which doesn't have protection
at the mo.
Anyway that we can get cover of the old machine...at least the Norton
Ant-virus bit...eg by transfering appropriate files from new to old pc?
