I would definitely get Ad-aware and HijackThis. Scan with both Ad-aware
and Spybot Search & Destroy (after updating the programs) in Safe Mode.
It would probably benefit you to also run HijackThis, too. As I said
before, HJT is an expert tool and you might want to read the tutorial
and post your log here:
