I really doubt that Symantec tech support is going to be useful in this
situation. Unfortunately, the OP hasn't given us any information with
which we can help him, either. To the OP: what changed before this
happened? Did you run a virus scan and remove viruses? Did this happen
immediately after you installed SP2 and rebooted? There are just so
many things that could cause this - hardware and software. You have to
give us a bit more to go on.
