Auto Delete my email, folders and Files on my window explore

    Hi really need help.

    After i installed one of the Spyware on the net. My Pc
    started to behave funny. Keeps poping up window if i
    want to delete the folder or files and it worn't go away
    until i end the task under the task screen. When i go
    into my Email inbox - It started to delete all my
    emails.
    I have scan with NAV and another Spyware but it could not
    find any problem. It also deactivate my Del Key out of
    operation.

    What can i do next ?..
