The server version of Norton AV can be installed in this manner (default
installation is to install as a normal client version however you do
have the choice).

Once installed on your server, you install the new client software on
your networked PC's. Your server then gets the updates etc from Symantec
on a scheduled basis and Pushes them out to All clients when they next
connect to your server / network. This can be setup in a manner that the
client PCs users do not know its happening (ie: done in background).

Finally, you can also schedule your clients to run a scan, even force
the issue should the user try to cancel the scan. This is very useful as
you can force each client PC to perform a scan monthly (ie: no more
asking users if they have run it recently or updated their virus
definitions).

I believe that Sophos and CA also provide similar versions of their
products however I have no experience of them.

Kind Regards,
