Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday, but I've been swamped with
work (a Good Thing). You won't be able to install another av, but if
your NAV 2003 subscription is current and the definitions are updated,
you don't need another one. It can't hurt for you to try Sysclean, but
I'd also use all the other malware removal tools like Ad-aware, Spybot
S&D, and HijackThis. You already know where to look in the registry
both the Local Machine and Current User settings to find the Run, Run
Once, and Services keys. Don't forget to look in Explorer for the local
services (Run>services.msc) to see if any malware has installed itself
as a service. *Something* is still calling the malware. You have to
    find it.

    Carry on and good luck!
