Hi, Akhil. I went to the site using Mozilla 1.6 and didn't have any
problem opening it. Although I wasn't worried about any malware (not
running Windows here), I don't see that there is anything malicious.
Here's the source:
<html>
<head>
<title>nsitech.tk</title>
<meta name="description" content="a NSIT students portal..!!">
<meta name="keywords" content="NSIT, NSITECH, nsit forums">
<script language =" JavaScript">
<!-- hide start
function popup() {
window.open("http://banners.dot.tk/bmcbanner?fldpromonr
=1&fldbannernr=0&flddomainnr=4862567&ip=67.181.232.244",
"bannerpopup","height=100,width=486,scrollbars=no");
}
// hide end -->
</script>
</head>
<frameset onLoad="JavaScript:popup()" rows="*,1" framespacing="0"
border="0" frameborder="NO">
<frame src="http://nsit.clubhost.us/phpbb2/"
name="dot_tk_frame_content" scrolling="auto" noresize>
</frameset>

<body>
</body>
</noframes>
</html>
As you can see, the site uses JavaScript and a popup banner. See what
your permissions are for both those items. Look in both IE (you didn't
say what operating system you're running and if XP, whether or not
you've applied SP2) and in Norton. See if any JavaScript/popups are
allowed and if not, you can allow them on this site.
