I have a big problem. I received a trogan virus on my
computer detected by my Norton program. but it had
expired so it did not clean or remove the virus. I then
uninstalled the old Norton because I have a new McAfee
one. However, my computer is acting up and won't let me
install the new anti virus program. What can I do to rid
of this so I can put the protection on my computer?
