virus, help!

I have been infected with an annoying virus, its not the
first time, it slows down my comp by using my processing
power, makes it freeze, and cuts sound, and is a pain to
get rid of because it has some restore function, if i can
get a screen shot of where its located ill try in paste
it, but plz help
